We no longer rely on outdated directories and gatekeepers. Instead, we use a combination of outreach, executive scouts, and expert external agencies to connect with candidates. Once we have identified our target roster, we make up to twelve contact attempts across five platforms, including cold calling if necessary.

Longlist, Assessment and Shortlist
Our longlist consists of candidates who meet our QIA criteria, which stands for qualified, interested, and available. At no additional cost to you, those prospects undergo additional assessment by specialist external agencies. Following this process, we provide you with the resumes and assessment results of the longlisted candidates for your review. Finally, we collaborate with you to curate a shortlist of candidates who will advance to internal interviews.
